Hi, It has done this twice each time we have stopped it and finished emtying it via the filter, after the firt time it worked ok for 6 washers now it has done it again. The door seal seems fine. Advice most welcome. Thanks 😥

Does the pump actually run? Select “spin” only and see what happens. If you can hear the pump whirring away, you’ve got a blockage somewhere. If you can’t, the pump itself may be jammed (propellor, behind the filter) or failed.

Hi Penquin45. Since i posted wy wife has done 6 washers without a problem, we did what you said this morning and the pump worked fine. It must be hard for you to diagnose with it only happening now then and not seeing it happen. I really appreciate your help.Cheers Tenbob.

There was an issue with LG soap drawers leaking. Initial fix was to try and seal the front row of holes in the box top. There is now a replacement box available, which should solve the problem. I don’t have the LG tech info, so post a link to this thread to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk and they should be able to get you a replacement.
