    Hi I have the above oven. The top oven cuts out and I’m guessing from what I read on here that likley to be the thermal cut out (na d not the fan init stat that turns the fan on when you are using the bottom oven as this works fine).

    Oven product code 9441171162 s/n 20600006

    Can anyone verify the part required? 89966192676-11??

    Another thing, the likely pic in the shopsite doesnt enlarge so without taking the oven out I cant see what I am buying. It looks like a resistor/thermal fuse shaped component enclosed in a plastic shroud with some wiring and crimps. Isn’t the core component an industry standard one that can be replaced from Farnell/RS for a few pence? 😉 (At your own risketc…)

    The oven will need looking at first to confirm top cooling fan not running. Remove power from oven if you are going to look yourself.
