It appears that any niche is a good niche and, this is an area that’s definitely “niche” for Electrolux, a rather funky idea for a portable fire that looks rather like an unattractive upside down test tube. But, it is impressive in other ways.
Electrolux say that, “This is a new concept of a modern indoor/outdoor gas fireplace made of special kind of ceramic that has been discovered recently. When the fireplace is off the ceramic is of white colour and becomes transparent as the fireplace warms up, allowing the visibility of the fire inside. After the use, with the cooling process it becomes white again”
