I have a Belling dishwasher that is intermitantly stopping during a cycle. There is no pattern to this, it does it on different washes but also runs right through! They said its happened around 10 times in the past 3 months and the rest of this period of time it has worked fine.

When it stops the display flashes, i havent seen this as it worked fine while I was testing it. It leaves water in the base when it stops and doesnt appear to have done the final rinse?

Ive gave the m/c a once over its only 13 months old, all componets have mega fine etc so any ideas

Most likely problem with the 603 is a pressure switch problem
If it isnt flashing up an “E” number in the display, then second most likely cause is the door catch is opening slightly, normally caused by poor installation allowing the cabinet to flex too much

If there is any water in the pressure switch hose, replace it. There is an unnoficial mod kit, aint no part number sorry, which basically lengthens the pressure switch hose so that you can loop it a little higher.

What “E” number is it flagging up??
