Hi, can anybody help. This washing machine is overheating and even putting it on a cold wash makes the water boiling hot. First thing I thought, must be the thermostat, but just to back myself up I ordered a heating element as well.

Went back today and fitted the two parts but still the same problem. The only thing I can think of that it still can be is the programmer, or has anybody seen something different that causes this. Oh, and the machine is just over 6 months old.

    Help will be appreciated.

    Regards,
    TinTin.

    Hi

Went to one yesterday that had been moved by flooring people ,hoses had been reconnected wrong way round so boiled everything becuase it rinsed in very hot water from hot water tank,so it had shrunk to loads of washing.
