This is a classic ‘no motor detected’ fault. Machine locks door and then dead. Have a look at the carbons – when they go low this will give the fault. Chgeck the motor plug for loose wires and tighten all edge connectors on the main module. Otherwise you may have to replace the motor. Changing the timer would not affect this – it must have been pure cahnce that it worked again ! If you get really stuck, you can always send the board to us for tset (£5+vat). Tony EMW 0115 9652118
