The FridgePad is billed as the “ultimate fridge magnet”. It’s just so bonkers we had to publish it!
The FridgePad fixes by sheer magnetism alone to mount the iPad up where no-one intended: on the front of your refrigerator.

Made of aluminum with a big magnet on the back to keep it firmly stuck to the fridge, the FridgePad holds the iPad with four plastic corner clips.
Once secured to the door of the fridge, you can use the iPad to play music, podcasts or audiobooks, show you recipes or anything else the iPad can do.
The stand will cost £50 when it ships, and will be available through Amazon. There’s no word yet on a launch date, but you can sign up for email alerts on the product site.
I’m not so sure that our test iPad will be on the front of a fridge anytime soon, it kinda defeats the whole idea of “portability”!
