ParticipantI need help so badly. I’m pretty good at mending the damn machime but this time i think i need advice.
The problem is the machine is filling, turning washing………….but when it gets to drain. rinse, spin nothing!! nothing at all, the turn knob thing just keeps clicking through and the drum keeps turning.
Last week i put my son’s aqua mat in just to clean it with No soap and i thought the devil machine didn’t read anything in it. So i ended up forcing the door open and busting the latch. But i went out and brought a replacement latch and mended it then thought ok i’ll put a normal load through and damn devil blasted thing has done it again.
I really can’t afford for a repair man to come out and also a laundrette is out of the question due to no dollor.
I have moaning people with no clean clothes and my hands are getting soar.
I WILL DO ANYTHING FOR HELP ADVICE EVEN JUST TO READ A MANUALDESPARATE WOMEN WHO WILL BEAT THE BLASTED THING TO HELL!!!!!

Ah the joys of washdays eh Charlie?
The pump is at fault in your case, lower the drain hose to the floor and the water should flood out (have a bucket ready) Then you’ll need to open the door and retrieve your soggy washing. Close the door back up, take off the back panel and take the pump apart. 😉
:zap: Remember to first disconnect your machine from the power? otherwise its bye bye Charlie! :zap:

Keep it in one thread, Charlie, otherwisw we all get confused. :conf:
Remove plug. Remove rear cover. You will be able to see a hose coming down from the bottom of the drum. It contains a filter which may well be choked. Follow the hose and you will find the pump. Small objects can get through the filter and lodge in it, so you may need to remove the pump and see what’s inside.
