ParticipantA customer has rung me this morning. We installed an ISE for her last week, and she says…
“It won’t do anything! The pre-wash button and the start/pause button are flashing, and the rinse+ button and the wash button are lit.”
I’ve tryed to get her to reset the machine (over the phone) but, no joy 😕
Any sugguestions before I have to actually leave my chair and go and look at it? :conf:

I wonder what programme selection she has chosen? It’s just possible to ‘lock up’ a programme if the ‘option buttons’ are conflicking? Another possibility is that she may have accidentally set the ‘Child Lock’ by mistake? 😕

The customer had paused the program, then put the child-lock on! :rolls:

Aye, John has just phoned me, and is being very helpful, as usual 😀
I think if Goatboy Senior would have shown the customer how to use the child-lock function, we might not of had this problem 😉
Ps. That was number 42 Jim?
