    Hiyas,
    Bosch WF02466GB/07 washing machine giving me some headaches.
    Customer complained it was taking too long to do a wash. Clothes sometimes coming out very creased or stretched.
    Heater tests ok as does the pressure switch and system.
    PCB has been changed and configured as per the supplied sheet and now the machine won’t take in water on programme 1 and still takes too long etc.
    Anyone got any ideas and/or technical info on this machine?

    what does it do on position 1 ? if it just pumps , the selector switch may have been put on 180degrees out of position . As to the wash times….if the clothes are stretched/creased…could it be overheating ? Maybe the NTC sensor has gone faulty and causing the water to heat to high. This could account for the longer times as well. Just a guess though

    Bit of an odd one you got there Brian? Why did you change to PCB? Was the fault there before you changed it? Are you sure the dip switches are set correctly? Is the inlet valve open circuit? 😕

    Hi Martin,
    It’s the usual thing, I’ve inherited the job and I’m the fifth engineer to look at it.
    It’s a cold fill only machine so no problem with the inlet valve.
    Having spoke to the previous engineers it appears that the original fault was that it was taking hours to do any wash, since the pcb was replaced (3rd engineer) it now has additional problems.
    I’ll take along a thermistor and check that the knob hasn’t been put on 180 degrees out. I’m also trying to get my hands on the original pcb.
    I’ve also had an email from Greg with the test data so hopefully I’ll be able to figure this one out.
    I really have to learn how to say “no” when I’m asked to help out :rolls:
