😥 I have an ISE which refuse’s to empty. All hose’s were removed and checked.

    All clear.

Fitting a new pump made no differrence.

The only way it would empty was by removing ball in sump hose.

Has anyone else come accross this problem ❓

What is my payment for repairing ❗ this machine ❓

    What’s this all about…Alfie 😆

This is the first time we’ve had this particular problem. There should be no need to remove the ball in the sump hose.
Just as a matter of interest how was the waste pipe connected ?
was it connected to a spout on the U bend or trap of a sink ?
Was it pushed down a waste stand pipe, if so was the end pushed into the U bend at the bottom.

The ISE machine does not have a traditional type pressure switch, in so much that it works on frequency not directly from air pressure so it may be neccessary to replace the ball in the sump hose to prevent other spurious faults from developing.

Could you give me a ring tomorrow on 07971590040 please, so that we can get to the bottom of this fault.

    Re: Under Guarantee

I had one doing this on first use and it was the eco ball wrongly fitted.
It has to be pushed right into the housing in the end of the hose so that it is captive inside the hose.
Has the machine been filled up through the drain hose for some reason?
This can push the ball through.

    Hope this helps.
