Please help, I have a problem with my Whirlpool ADG7560 which is just out of warranty. When running the machine on any program, within a minute it starts beeping continuously, it then proceeds to pump and stops working. The beeping continues until door is opened where the start light flashes seven times and the rinse light is lit up.
    🙁

    Hi there

Thanks for your speedy response. My husband has (unplugged) and stripped down the machine, found the fill matrix, has taken it off and blown through it and generally had a bit of a fiddle! It did then fill, ran through to the draining part of the cycle, started to refill and then reverted to the contstant beeping and 7 flashes error.

If this is a flowmeter problem, can you please advise on how it is rectified?

The fact that it worked on one occasion after the strip down bodes well…it almost certainly is a poor connection to the flow meter which is a well known problem with these. You need to recheck the connection to it, make sure there is no oxidation on the tiny pcb on the flow meter (if there is it can be removed with a pencil eraser or gently with very fine emery), then make sure the harness contacts are squeezed tight and pushed fully on.

If still no luck then a new flow meter it will be (the whole side chamber required)

Don’t forget, unplug before doing anything :zap:

😀 Hey thanks, followed your advice and it’s just done a complete cycle, fingers crossed that it continues to work again, especially now that I’ve filled it with dishes!! A million thanks for you effort.
    Cheers
