    Had a E3 Error code at end of program 6 which is a 70c cycle, customer reporting no heat.

    Found that reset thermostat had activated ( stat with red button front left hand side ) Reset and checked element for continuity and insulation OK.

    Put on cycle machine now heating ok, however had a call from customer today saying that the machine was now heating but error code of E3 was showing at cycle completion . Have had another look but can find nothing other than the manual indicating heating circuit fault ?

    What have I missed here ?

    It’ll be underfilling as per the E2 fault.

    Is that the metering tank in the side you refer to ?

    Yup, transfer tube and tank clag up – machine under fills, safety trips.
