Hi, I am having a problem with the above washer dryer, mostly when on a dry cycle. The problem is that when the drum changes direction there is a loud noise and the drum revolves very fast for a while before retuning to normal. Also, you can see a spark underneath as this happens.
The machine has been moved a lot recently as we have had a new kitchen fitted. Could something have loosened? Or am I in need of new parts? Any advice you could offer would be most appreciated.
    Many thanks in advance, Rich.

i think id be checking the motor/ wiring to motor

theres a good chance some of the wiring is damaged, although the motor itself could be duff

    plug out please

a faulty tachometer coil or loose magnet on the motor can cause it to go at spin speed intermitently, also connections at motor plug should be checked.
    plug out before checking.
