Hi,
I have Fault 37 registering on an F&P IW712E. From searching the posts in this forum, the fault can be traced to the drain pump or the diverter valve.
Both the pump and diverter valve are new replacements and appear to be working correctly.
One post mentioned that the pressure switch may be a contributer and this seems to make sense as the water is actually drained from the machine and the fault happens after the pump continues running for a while.
I am assuming that the pressure switch tells the control unit when there is no water left and the fault is happening after a time out period written into the software.
My questions are as follows.
Are the assumptions correct?
How do I check/repair the pressure switch.
There doesn’t appear to be any kinks in the hose for the pressure switch and I can blow air from the top.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Paul
