    Model M3024

Not going into spin just gets to about 300 rpm.

Have checked pressure chamber, pcb, brushes all ok, could it be a timer fault?

    Cheers

Definitely board. Common fault. Haven’t changed a Servis timer since 1998 when they went to dmpa modules.

Ring EMW they’ll repair it for you, or supply you with a recon’

Sent Board to QER for repair, had it back still same , so ordered another repaired one just to confirm, still same thing.

Board connections maybe. Have been advised in the past to nip together the pins in the plugs as these can cause all sorts of weird faults if loose.

Yep have checked for open circuit and earth fault.

I know in the past repaired boards dont always work, have replaced them with new, then it seems to be ok, may have to do that with this one.
Trying to keep the cost down by repairing pcbs sometimes costs you more in the long run.

I tend to use EMW for recon’d modules they will send you a replacement module, as opposed to QER who tend to repair the original (not always successfully).
