Participanthi guys,
creda T622CW
05101548switch machine on ,goes great for about 15 minutes, heats ok, reverses ok etc.
then it does a reverse sequence and stops dead.
leave it a while and it will carry on, until it gets to reverse again and then stops again.
not the relay or the door microswitch.
no reversing timer on this model.
i can only think the main timer is the problem, does any one else have any ideas?
thanks.

i havent got a wiring diagram for this model, will the ehaust stat stop the whole machine dead, or just stop it from heating?
and why will it stop only when it reverses, i would have thought if it was a stat problem it would be stopping as soon as it got warm.
any one got a wiring diagram for it i can have a look at?
thanks.

No I haven’t got a wiring diagram either but the best way to know what happens when the exhaust stat trips is to simulate that by pulling a wire off it? 💡

i would ,but the dryer is miles away from base and i would prefer to take the bits with me,
some one must have a wiring diagram for the machine i would have thought.

On second thoughts though?…..The exhaust stat only shuts off the heat, so it won’t be that at fault I reckon. I have changed a few timers on these though (usually no heat faults as a rule).
So it can only be the timer? If you are sure the relay is OK? (Have you changed the relay by the way?)

first thing i did was put a new relay on, i carry them on the van as i change them so often.
i cant think of any thing else it can be apart from the main timer.

Likewise, especially as it stops directly it goes into reverse, it must be the timer ???
