    hi guys,

    neff W4210B1GB/01

    carbon brushes gone.
    i want to change the motor end frame complete with carbons. neff part number i think is 092025

    connect and masterpart give me picture of an end frame , but it is different to the one i need, do they fit?
    they look like 8 pin end frames, yet the one i need has only 6 pins.
    also the housing looks different , it seems to have a motor /drum mounting on it, yet the one i took off hasn’t.
    can any one shed a bit of light on this please.

    496872 is substitute part according to BSH.

    no information at masterpart and connect is a special order.
    does any one know if any one else does a replacement part?or does the 096331 fit as well?

    Hi Abbots,

    Part number 092025 – (motor end frame 6 pin) correct part for that model according to BSH – is available at Qualtex (stock code 016863) £24.38+vat.

    092025 has a substitute namely p/no 496872 as Simon rightly mentioned 😀

    Dave has these here for the punters http://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/product_ … cts_id=422 as long as you are handy with a soldering iron. Far cheaper option IMHO

    Qualtex lists alternative part numbers for 092025 as:- 096331, 42B508, 496872 & 844296 – all priced same as original.

    I can only comment on what manufacturer says fit TBH 🙂

    cheers,
    masterpart doesn’t recognise 496872 and connect and maddocks have no stock.
    if 096331 does fit either it looks like i’ll have no alternative but to hope qualtex have them in stock.
