Any ideas as little unsure…..went to this this morning
customer says it doesnt spin….did all usual things (level switch,
drain etc)
and tested by manually turning timer to spin and it
works fine….but if I put it on earlier in the program
and let it work round to spin it doesnt do it????
Timer feels very tight to turn….
I feel its the timer but anyone got any other ideas?regards col

Have you checked the motor brushes? I’ve had two or three where it appears to work fine until either the motor has warmed up or there is a large load in there 😉

No didnt check them as drum contained very heavy load…..
Also stayed with appliance for about an hour with it running
and seems to function fine every time I selected spin…..
timer does turn to end stop as well just doesnt spin when
a wash program is running. Another repairer fitted new brushes
6 months ago….Regards Col
