    any ideas how to sort this problem
    rapid neon and door lock neon flashing within 10seconds of starting the machine on an ariston a1636 wahing machine

    Hi Lyndy, Welcome to the happy band 8)

    You need to indicate which neon light is flashing counting from top to bottom or from left to right as this can establish a fault code! – but more than likely it’ll be the power module 🙁 Yet another job for EMW i guess :rolls:

    In the known error codes thread, page #3 post by Dave Conway. Error F01 motor triac fault, as Brian says, it is the PCB. 😥

    However,

    Check the continuity of the motor, field coil pins 3+5, armature pins 1+2.

    Check module connector block J9, motor plug and the wiring between them.

    If they are Ok then it is the module.

    I will delete your other post to save any confusion.
