    Customer tells me the machines has been running all night, the led timer read out is flashing (dot30) and programe light is flashing and a rumbling noise possible (pump)
    can anyone please advise me what to look for,and could this be a pcb fault.

    Water in base maybe? or perhaps a blocked drain pump?

    check valve, metering tank, rinse aid qty, powercut if no water in base, spray arms blocked.

    called today found side tank partially blocked,as fill tube.cleared and now ok.
    thanks for help. John
