    When the above machine was working this morning it suddenly began to vibrate and move about. On first inspection door seal had been badly damaged ie out of shape/twisted. The other problem is the water won’t drain. I have tried draining through the drain tube and removed pump filter, nothing. Can you point me in the right direction.

    Sock in sump hose will prevent water draining from filter. Broken tub suspension spring will twist the door seal out of shape.

    Model number, please.

    Thanks, mod no is WFX145SGB. Can you give me a point in the right direction how to fix. Not a washmachine engineer but I fix Worc Bosch boilers for a living.

    Power off, lid off…. easily spottable 😉
