There should be something in the manual regarding pressing certain buttons down to engage the hidden mechanical timer to abort and reset itself:? 😀

There will be two programme selector buttons with a dot under them. Press them both together until the drain pump cuts in. It should run for one minute; then the computer is reset. Switch off, reprogramme and see what happens.

i have 5 buttons 1 main on/off and 4 programme buttons
65 intensive 65 normal eco 55 quick manual states to quick finish press 65 and 55quick this has no effect no buttons have dot as mentioned as it is a built in model would the dots be under fascia i have also removed a sticker near buttons and there is no dot either
just a thought could some gunge get down the dishwasher waste pipe cannot blow through it but i dont know if that is due to part of the cycle

There seems to be a bit of confusion over the programme buttons here? In fact your machine is NOT an electronic controlled machine and the buttons will not reset it as such (no dots under your buttons on this one 😉 ). However you need to press the 65 and eco 55 together, turn it on and shut the door. After a short while you should (just about) hear the timer clicking through the remainder of the cycle and switching off?
It should now perform OK….hopefully? 😉

thanks for clearing that up martin have tried the buttons still no joy
do you think it may be a pump failure to to pumping into a blockage apparantly this has happened before but the water just comes into the sink im getting desparate now as the wife is waving a pair of marigolds at me

Im sure I mentioned the hidden mechanical timer 😆
A popular problem with these are broken wire/s in the bottom of the door where it hinges, power off before investigating. You could also check that the tiny motor on the time hasn’t gone west also 😉

hi guys
pondered overnight the water in the bottom of the machine
so today dragged it out a bit difficult due to it being intergrated
unplugged and tipped it to the side with the least exposed wiring
then mopped the floor and hit the button and of she went
thanks again for your help
