    The tumble dryer in question has had it’s 2 thermostats replaced and checked working,
    and also the heater element replaced and checked working, but the unit still refuses to heat at all, any idea’s?

    Yes, likely as not the ‘Reversing Timer’ is the source of the trouble? 😉

    No! :lesson:

    Your machine also incorporates a REVERSING TIMER (located in the base of the machine which operates the reverse sequence as well as the switching on and off of the heating element. (i.e. Whilst it does the short reverse cycle this timer switches off the element, then on again for the longer tumble sequence). Chances are that the Reversing Timer has switched the element supply off permanently due to stuffed contacts. 🙁

    Have you checked the front stat,this has a habit of burning out.!!!!
