    3rgsc9455jq3. Third time i have seen this one for no spin. Since removing an item from between the drums, i cannot seem to tighten that centre shaft clamp enough to stop the drum sliding down the shaft after a few washes.
    do you know any tricks to stop this from happening or should i replace the clamp.
    never usually have problems fixing these but this one is becoming a pain.

    The aluminium housing that the nut goes onto is worn, there should be a lip at the top and it sometimes wears away causing your problem,

    You need part number 481946688948 which is called a “block basket drive”

    thanks again, job done, easy when you see the new one. can,t believe that much had worn off the old one without trace. still won,t catch me out next time.
