Hi
In that case you either have a water leak in the base or a faulty/dirty OWI(Optical water indictaor) 3 oclock position in sump when filters removed 😉Greg

Thanks for the help. This is a for a neighbour that asked me to help. I normally only repair cookers etc or do electrical installation. So, please bear with me.
No sign of a leak (no water on the floor). I’ve just cleaned what appears to be the sensors in the base with a clean duster. There appears to be no water in the sump.
Looks like they just cleaned/run the machine using a finish cleaner.
Will the leak be inside the cabinet under the base?
Whats the best way to access inside to check for leaks?

Yes under wash tank. Remove front lower panel (watch the razor sharp edge of drip tray) 😀

Ok. Here goes. Just been to look at it again. Tilted the machine back to pull it out & there is water underneath.
There is a panel underneath with torx screws in. I assume that I have to remove this to expose the water works?
(Don’t worry I have pulled the plug etc)
Thanks again
not so Brains with Dishwashers 😆

Thanks for the fantastic help. Just running it now to see where the leak is.
Mrs Neighbour, of course, running around the house in a demented frame of mind 😀 wondering how much a new part will cost. Not yet confirmed its a leak from the big pump. But will let you know in due course.
So, back to the neighbour & will report back shortly.

I ran the machine for a full cycle on normal mode. Could not find the leak. Light has stopped flashing. I have no doubt that the problem is still there. I have now reassembled it.
Mrs Neighbour has now loaded the machine up to use it properly.
In your view, do you think the big pump may still be faulty?

If the outlet hose on the pump lets go, it’ll be a major leak……
Chris.

I’ll take another look at the outlet side of the pump tomorrow.
I have told them to let it finish & turn off water & power.
