    hi this machine is a whirlpool awm6100 and stops mid wash and the start light flashes . any clue ? thanks alan

    Hi Alan,
    The 85 number would give the exact model.
    However, on the one I checked the spin speed leds should be flashing to indicate the fault.

    hi brian the customer has justa rang she said it worked untill rinse then stopped rinse light on start flashing then she pressed start it done a couple of turns the flashing again pressed start again done rinse moved to spin didnt spin start flashing spin flashing she pressed start but nothing

    If taking along to empty then check your filter / sump hose for blockages – this is a common whirlpool problem. 🙂

    hi i had a look filter a bit blocked all pipes ok but still slow so i fitted new pump customer is going to see if it fixes prob ill let u no thanks lads
