Had one of these to look at the other day. Nothing holding pulley on except self-centring. That wasn’t the problem with this one though.
When you put it on any auto-dry setting it packs in after about 20 seconds and the “clean filter” and end lights come on. Seems to work OK when you set it to a timed drying programme though. Needless to say, all the filters, condenser, etc are perfectly clean. Water thing is empty. The dryer hasn’t had much use, it’s in a holiday let. I took off one or two panels and couldn’t see anything untoward.
Any ideas please?
Mike.

PS, PNC 91601409802 S/N 04412176Auto-dry is an AUTOMATIC programme (requires laundry to work) timed runs for set time irrespective of load or no load in drum.

Thanks Seamy. It seems likely that the cottage guardian or a guest must have just tried it out without washing in and reported it faulty. I’ll get them to test it again.
Incidentally, I found that all the service manuals and bulletins for this were available on Connect’s mediator so I’ve had a read and concluded pretty much the same. Only thing that throws a doubt in is the filter light coming on.
