Hi
What was your date of purchase as this will have a 2 years manufacturers warranty ?
It may well be that the defrost sensor has failed which will cause insufficient freezing thus lack of cooling in the fridge.

If you knew the model then you would know that this fridge is cooled via the freezer compartment !.
If the freezer is not cooling correctly then the fridge will be affected.
As stated the first point that i would aim for would be the defrost sensor in the freezer section.

Hi Jam,
It’s at this point I’d advice you to seriously consider some professional help.
We cannot tell you blow by blow how to do the job and remain on the right side of the law as well as keeping you safe. If you cannot determine or test the components yourself it’s time to look for help.
