    hi guys,
    bosch WFL2463GB/12

    customer has already had one engineer out from another company to look at this.
    She says it is not getting the clothes dry enough on a spin.
    The other engineer couldn’t find a fault, and to be honest, i can’t.
    the carbons seem fine, the pump is clear and runs ok.
    It doesn’t seem to be doing the very last part of the spin cyle, when the machines speed picks up and does the 1200 spin.It seems to be running at half spin speed only.
    Any common faults i have missed?

    Heater open circuit I expect….?

    Did she also tell you it takes ages to complete a wash, longer than it used to? 😉

    thanks buddy,
    no mention of taking longer and the problem is intermittent.
    It seems to complete the cycle fine, just not spinning correctly.

    tried different loads and tried when empty,still the same.

    Has is got a Siemens or FHP motor in it? Have you checked the heater?

    FYI – Cycles max spin speeds are –

    Cottons +Linens 1200rpm
    Easy care 800rpm
    Delicates 600rpm
    Woolens 800rpm
    Rinse/Freshen Up 800rpm
    Spin 800rpm
