    Hi all ive looked at the codes for al10 which this machine is bringing up heating etc,but the heater is ok and power getting to heater.As far as i can gather it is getting to hot as customer said it smelled really hot do i need a new board or can the temperature sensor be changed. Any info would help.thanks.

    NTC is connected to PCB direct. The NTC can come adrift of it mounting inside the door.

    Yes looked at that and was a bit loose tighted it but customer just phoned and said still doing it .

    I have changed quite a few boards on these, all for heater related faults up to now.

    ok sounds like the board then ,i sold this to them second hand a few months back for £100 so it aint gona be worth fixing. Its a pain as i only went there in the first place to change the top spray arm fixing nut as i did that it then melted a hole in the drain hose so changed that then this happened,what a pain.

    Boards are not that dear on these, list price is only £25.00 ex vat before any discount.

    oh i see i had a look on connect and was not vry clear do you have a part number ,serial number is 510111037 (37331870000) any info will help cheers.
