hi,went to machine today havent seen this model before,select programme and filter light stays on and does not start.customer says f7 and f10 has come up.any help,regards tedd

F10 ‘Common or heater open, one shot stat open circuit’
F07 ‘not used, active’

this is as the codes are listed in the UKwhitegoods Fault code guide

F07 Lower element failure check element and wiring if okay looking like the module cheers, just a thought does it have a sensing band on the drum if so check the insulator under it, they shrink throwing up intermitant F10’s etc cheers JJ.
