Hi Aleskey.
You need to run the test programme to give you an indication of what is wrong. With the machine switched off, press and hold the “Start” and the “Eco/Bio 50c” button; then switch on. When the start LED starts to flash, let go of the buttons. The programme LEDs will light in different patterns to indicate a fault. Make a note of the lights by number, from the left to the right and let us know.Penguin45.

If you have a fault, the “Start” lamp will flash from 1 -9 flashes.
To me that sounds like a clogged Water Indicator, found below the filters at the 3 o clock position.
Its round with a mesh front. Try gently cleaning that with a toothbrush.Greg

Thank You to all 🙂 Problem is solved.
Reason of malfunction was NON CORRECT setting-up of machine on the floor level. Dishwasher has a tilt about 4cm to down of left/door corner. In result, in time of working water throw the left green plastic tube flow to lower pallet. “Aquastop” was activated and machine stopped blinking with start light.
After flushing lower pallet machine start cleanse salt-modul fill-in then drain water in cycle. After 10-30 min of this NORMAL washing was be contunued.
After correcting level of machine all working FINE 🙂
Thank you from Russia for help.
