    I have a NEFF U1721 oven under a work surface.When I try to use the auito on and off function the oven comes on and stays on and the auto light is not on. Also, some of the digits on the clock can’t be seen.

    I have looked behaind the control panel and there is a unit labelled EL723/007.22A if that is any help.

    Advice would be appreciated.

    Sounds like a faulty clock unit to me.
    To give more accurate information, we would require the enr number which is usually around the perimeter of the main oven or door; when opened.

    Clock unit if required is p/no 432839 and is available from spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk 😀
