ModeratorPart tech & part spares query.
Model WBB24759GB-01
Not seen it yet, in residential home, hole in door seal.
Tech question, how difficult is a door seal change on one of these ?
Parts query, two different seals shown, 243834 around £68 and 445193 at £38.
Would I be correct in thinking that the more expensive one is either butyl or EPDM or some other grease/fat/bleach resistant rubber?

Hi Jim,
Front comes off (bottom screws are at the side) and a clamp band. Weights in two halves, so band is accessible. No idea about the door seals.

Thanks Don, it looks as though I will have to pay a visit, just in case this one has a ‘flushing hose port’ :rolls:
Thanks Chris as well, 😉

Thanks Greg, is there any way of knowing which of the two seals it might need without going to have a look?

Did this seal a couple of weeks ago, a bit of a struggle if you change the whole kit with new plastic seal surround.
Now have a query on another one. Customer( on the phone) is complaining of poor spin.
I have got them to check the filter, nothing much in there. Now trying it without a load to eliminate possible OOB.
Any other possibles, will apparently rotate but not pick up speed to spin.
