STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Dec. 17, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) — Electrolux repurchased 400,000 own shares of series-B, at an average price of SEK 152.59. After this transaction, the Company holds 16,323,872 own B-shares, corresponding to 5.0% of the share capital and 3.9% of the voting rights.

The total number of shares in AB Electrolux amounts to 324,100,000.
