ParticipantHello Everyone,
My washing machine Indesit widl126 does any more.
When it is plugged into the power of the 4 lights function keys and LED lighting / locked window and saw the flash delay scheduled 9am quickly!.
I try let the washing machine off more than 24 hours and I always have the same symptoms when I return the socket …
In browsing the net I read that lights flashing represents an error code. I can not find the code of my failure (4 lights door/lock + delay set 9 hours). If someone can get information about the type of error that would be cool so that I can begin to disassemble my machine ..
Regards.

I’m guessing you are in the Swiss area. Some of the technical details will be different from your machine to ones sold in the UK.
If you can describe the flashing lights by number ( 1st + 3rd, 2nd+3rd+4th for example) from top to bottom or left to right we may be able to hazard a guess as to the fault code.

If vertical light number 4 is flashing then that suggests a motor triac failure.
The electronics on these machines are known to be very unreliable, they have a poor reputation amongst the UK service industry.
These codes are only a guide as to the area of the fault.
It may be a loose wire, or poor connections on the main module situated in the base at the back but in most cases it is the module itself that has failed.Jim.

It does look as though you may be looking at a faulty module. You would have to enquire locally to obtain parts if you decide to have the machine repaired. The parts software we have access to will differ from the ones for your area.
Sadly rather expensive parts for a budget machine.

Hello,
I finally disconnect the front printed circuit board, cleaned contacts and power up the machine.
Everything went OK, so I decided to get through a washing cycle .. it reached the end but during the process, leds have been flashing again.
But now, unplugging from the mains clears the system, allowing to start a new cycle.
Not really convenient isnt’it!
Any others hints?
