Hi
Sorry guys but I’m a newbee looking for advice – I promise though to feed back any help I can afterwards, based on my limited experience.
The bearings in my 3 yo Zanussi are shot already and I’m considering having a go at replacing them. I’m an aircraft engineer so, arguably, have the experience required to hack the job but am having problems sorting out the best way to go about it.
Can anyone tell me if my machine has a split drum and therefore, do I have to remove the whole lot to do the job? If so what is the best orientation for the machine to make life easiest – right way up/on its side/upside down/on the floor/up on a bench?
Any helpful advice gratefully received!!
Doug
