I have a Hygena Oven Ref APL 3418 and the programmer is stuck on “Auto” Occasionally it will start to flash and when “Manual” button is pressed to reset it just jumps back to “Auto” setting.
Is there a simple solution of bypassing “Auto” and just have the oven working on “Manual” ?

only like 2 to 4 wires going to most timers some live some neutral never had that fault myself. don,t think new timers are that expensive on most ovens some are tho.
ps its not something silly like the clock or pannel have moved out of alinment and rubbing on the button keeping then pushed in ?

I think it’s time to phone my brother. I’m not too good with electrics or water.

Thanks for replying, unfortunately it’s not the simple answer. Nothing sticking with regards to push buttons.

Any ideas on how to remove the whole timer if it’s viable to replace.

    Thanks again
