Not been to this yet.
The customer says the start light is flashing seven times in a sequence.
The book tells me it is flow meter failure.
I put the part description and machine model number into Connect as a
keyword search and it comes up with the plastic water metering tank
that fits on the side of the machine.Is the flow meter inside the tank?
Does this error code identify the flow meter as definitely the problem or
could something else associated give this code also?Thanks

small reed switch type on left hand side if memory serves me right,
the last one i had with that fault, a mouse had chewed through both wires to it. strange but there was no signs of mouse damage anywhere else on the machine. i thought for a while that someone had cut them!
