Symptoms – Machine won’t operate on any program and front neon not illuminated!
Fault Finding – Checked plug fuse, internal filter, washer ON/OFF switch and the electrical operated door switch interlock. All power and necessary interlocks to perform at least a spin cycle are present.
Have looked at posts here for other Servis washers and the pcb appears to be the culprit!
Thanks for the feedback and appreciate the economics for the washer going in landfill it’s a no brainer – but to someone of limited income then a different approach is needed.
I volunteered my services to an elderley neighbour who hasn’t a lot of money – as the washer is 2 years old I’ll obtain a new pcb from Dave for £80
Be Careful, you may spend £80 on a PCB and find something caused it to blow in the first place ..
I know it’s only two years old but you could end up throwing a lot of money at it .
