    this out of balance problems that i have read about stopping machines from spinning
    can the replacement of the pcb make any difference to this problem or will it still remain the same

    It would be the same I’m afraid.

    There is one manufacturer I know of that makes OEM machines that has had such a severe problem with this that they have produced a PCB with a lesser sensitivity to OOB. Whether it works or not is open to debate.

    if u mean the haier machines,, then no
    even the new pcb need reprogramming with the right software

    i have looked at 2 of these this last week with same problem and landlord is thinking of going ahead with the pcb change .
    but reading your replies i think i will advise against this .
    thank for any input
