y video explains my problem but if it is easier, I also attach my script:->

Several months ago my Bosch Gas hob began sparking, spontaneously, maybe once an hour when all burners were turned off.

So I cleaned all the parts thoroughly and replaced:

    · the FZ4 ignition device twice (with TFZ4s),
    · two ignition leads (that is the leads from ignition device to burners) and
    · the wiring loom that is the 4-burner-switch-wiring connected together.

Despite this, the problem remains and has got worse because the new ignition device sparks continuously when the burners are off.

If I now connect the mains power to the ignition device – you can see it sparks continuously inside itself and if I now connect some ignition leads – the nearest burner sparks continuously. The sparking only stops if now disconnect the earth wire.

This new continuous sparking did not occur with the old FZ4 ignition device but I broke that. Two dealers assure me that the TFZ4 is the only direct replacement available but I cannot see what else the fault could be.

Any suggestions on how to fix this would appreciated

and also you should NEVER work on an appliance live, was not a good idea posting a video with you working on it live with marigolds on, any people viewing this not really understanding the dangers of electricity will get the wrong idea and think its ok to work on a live appliance with marigolds on wich it certainly isnt.
