    Whirlpool con/dryer AWZ 650
    can any one help please no water going into container. heater ok
    both fans ok user say’s steam coming out on floor can’t find any reason
    any one had this fault ? would be glad of any help .Thanks

    sounds like a blockage in water channel

    yes I did mean AWZ 650 not AWG The machine is a gravity feed into
    a bottom tank , not pumped up to the top.
    will be glad of any help ?

    Reg, I had this fault once not sure of make, but the condenser unit wasnt sealing properly although front cover fitted, (reversed) that sorted problem. hope this helps.
