You may have noticed that we upgraded the forums as announced a while ago, got delayed a little and now we finally got it done.
Please bear with us on this as it’s a monumental change we’ve made from one platform that has served us well for over a decade to an entirely new platform that is vastly more complex and allows a lot more to be done going forward.
The downside is that whilst we have migrated all the posts, most attachments, all user data and more the one thing that for privacy and security reasons we couldn’t get across was passwords and sadly some pop the permissions so, there may be small testing issues. We’re sorry but, we’ll just need to work through these over the next few days while you all get to grips with the new platform as do we.
One thing we can tell you is that you will need to reset your password.
On the new system, this is a lot easier (something that caused issues on the old platform) as all you need to do is pop in your email, hit reset and the rest is obvious and a lot faster than it was previously.
But if you do have any issues with this, not being able to see forums etc that you could before, please let us know on admin@ukwhitegoods.co.uk and we will do our best to help you.

If you get a blank page (trade members etc) when trying to sign in please drop us an email with the following in it so we can fix it in seconds for you when we pick up the mail:
- Forum username
- Email address used on sign up
- Current email (if different)
With that information, we can fix that very quickly for you.
