Vestel is a Turkish company that produces rebranded products for a huge range of brands, from one-off products through to all the appliances for a brand.

Some of the more commonly known ones we’ve come across you can find in the big list below but suffice to say that all we can find follow the same rules. But, please note that not all the products sold under many of these brands will be Vestel made, some notable ones such as Bush, for example, Argos’s own brand, will use multiple producers meaning that even one model sat next to another with the same name stamped on the front, can be totally different. Please be aware and take note of this.

To find part there are two elements required:

• The model number from the rating plate
  The serial number from the rating plate

With this information, if it can be found, we’ll find it!

Without it, there is often little to no chance as on some models there can be scores and scores of variants and no way to know what parts are in each or, what the differences might be so, this info is critical to getting the correct parts.

Requesting Spare Parts

The best, fastest way to find out about spare parts is by email.

We know that some people are sceptical and perhaps don’t even like using email and would rather use the phone but, on the phone, we cannot send you images, links to parts and you can’t send us images of rating plates etc. So whilst it’s technically possible over the phone to get some parts, it is not as accurate, not as fast and not as convenient for you.

Email is just a better way.

Just let us know what product it is and what you need for it. We’ll do the rest from there for you or let you know what additional info is needed. We will get back to you quickly, always. Where we can we will offer any choices, compatible spare parts etc along with any advice we can give. It really is that simple.

Important Information

To get to the correct part number is the most important thing to be doing as, from that you can then cross reference, find any alternative parts and so on as well as ensuring the part you get is correct.

Keep in mind that many, many spare parts are about the same size, look the same but this does not in any way mean that you can fit any as the differences are often slight but, means that they are not interchangeable. So, following the path here from the model and serial number is vital to then get to the part number is the only way to ensure you get the correct spare part for your appliance.

There are often scores of versions of a single part, things can change and it can be very confusing, we’re here to help you through that and to prevent errors.

Guessing, using images alone and ordering because parts look like what you need, trying to measure things are by far and away the most common reasons that people get parts wrong. Please don’t do this as it’s hassle and cost you don’t want or need, it’s better to take the time and do it right the first time than try to fix it later.

All the more so as Vestel will regularly change some parts meaning that they may not look exactly the same as the original part so it is vital to follow the path as explained or, you run the risk of ordering incorrect parts and, we don’t want that so please check and/or ask if you’re even slightly unsure.
