    AEG LAV72630 sn: 91400209601

    Called to this machine for a draining fault, customer said had seen a fault code.
    I put the machine in to diqgnostic mode to access the code which I found was E20 (not draining).
    When I went to to take machine out of fault code, no matter what I do the numbers in the dial just count down in 1 second intervals!

    This appears to be a software problem to me, has anyone else seen this before after accessing the diagnostic mode?

    Have you pulled the hose off the pressure switches and tried again? E20 can be blocked pressure system as the analogic pressure switches are really sensitive….
    Other than a blockage or a faulty analogic pressure switch, then it would leave the PCB. But before you condemn the PCB, remove and refit the edge connectors first to alleviate the possibility of oxidised contacts. 😉

    thanks for the reply aquelectric, inadvertantly I had put the machine in display mode when running the test programme.
    Removed from display mode and ok now.
