Participantit just wont stop, because its a single feed we thought it might be the thermostat but just called qualtex and there isnt a thermostat for the washer bit only for the dryer part!
So is it the thermostat? or something totally different ?

Participantif the drain hose is pushed too far down the frain, itll neve complete a cycle, although youll normally get an error code.. the heater is the only fault that doesnt give ane error

well it doesnt give an error code as this model doesnt have a digital screen, but the machine that was plumbed in before was working fine and they put the gutter pipe in as much as they did with the last one.

and also we ran it on the cold wash only by leaving the temperature knob off and the cycle worked fine, but when we turn the temperature on then it doesnt stop.
So do these machines not have a thermostat?

Participantso the heaters faulty!!
it doesnt need to have a digital screen to display an error code
can i ask how long youve been doing the job
they have a thermistor, and if it was faulty, it would show an error code

If the heater is faulty and the water on the hot feed comes in at 50c and you want a 60c wash it is not suddenly going to start working just buy a heater and stop being cheap !! 👿

Despite having two valves, the machine is probably cold fill only. Heater is p/no C00112578 from your wholesaler of choice.
