    I think enough of us have said “heater” now to let this rest. QH isn’t the repairer, so perhaps he could let us know how this pans out with the new heater fitted.

    Quite right Chris as it’s almost getting like …how many engineers does it take to change a light bulb?…:snigger:

    i do apoligise if this has been annoying but as you am aware i havent got a clue 🙁

    and the engineer has a computer phobia, were gonna pick the machine up from them and get a new heater put in, will let you know how we got on 😉
