KeymasterNo idea Andy and, although someone from Masterfix was at the meeting and did explain what it was all about, I missed it due to getting collared on something else at the time.

Thank you to all the engineers who have already submitted their details in order to join our network. For those who need more infomation on what the proposed ideas are then please click on the link below which will take you direct to our new repair network site. Once the site comes up click on the engineers area tab from the main menu and enter a user name of ‘uk’ and the password which is ‘whitegoods’. Once you have gained access to the protected area then please look in the section titled ‘Partner Levels’ which will explain a number of different levels as to which you can get involved. In the ‘Contract Information’ area you can see the agents job rates, Terms & Conditions etc. We are well underway with the completion of the website and are looking to start marketing the network very shortly so we hope to start distributing work on a larger scale in the near future. Those engineers who have already submitted their details will be e-mailed there personal login details within the next week as we continue to setup. If you want to contact us our telephone number is 0845 125 9219.

Simon,
I have looked at it with some intrest, one question, when it states the Engineer will clean the appliance before leaving will customers expect that the whole appliance including the ovens get cleaned, worse case scenario a Gas range cooker, 2 ovens and a seperate grill 😯
I really dont want to get into oven cleaning, being an Engineer is hard enough 😉
I’ve probably got it wrong as normal, but if I can think it might include it so will a customer 😳

Hi Dave
No! Although the customer may be very impressed if you did so, all we are looking is to make sure the area you have been working in is left clean and tidy and that you wipe the front of the machine down. The theory being that if the machine looks better then most customers will belive it works better.
Mr Muscle is not a new tool we expect you to carry as van stock!
Hope this helps.
Best Regards
Simon

Hi Guys
The password and username needs to be in lower case. If you still have problems then what you need to do is just go into your internet browser (e.g internet explorer) in the toolbar click on ‘tools’, select internet options then in the privicy tab lower the cookie security and then try again.
Any problems then give us a call.
Best Regards
Simon
